Just sit on our counter to understand the choice of name Yakitori, in reference to the varied skewers of grilled chicken. Very popular in Japan, it has been present in this innovation in Brazil since 1997, by owners Takaaki Yasumoto and his wife Hiromi O. Yasumoto. Among the differentials of the house, what stands out most is the tarê sauce, accompanying the house from the beginning, becoming more and more accurate and tasty. The restaurant offers the guests the experience of the true Japanese cuisine taste, in addition of its real concept.
Takaaki Yasumoto, who is also the chef of the restaurant, has more than 30 years of experience in the gastronomic area, graduated from the Mussashino Cooking College in Tokyo, worked in Canada at the Hilton and Prince hotels, in Japan in houses such as Pepe Rosso, Kuruma-Yá and Torigo-Yá. In addition to the experienced Chef, the restaurant also has a team of highly qualified staff.
